Solarites conducts research and evaluation of suitable land for renewable energy plants, including regulatory, technical, and economic analyses. Acquisition contracts and relationships with public bodies and the Grid Operator are managed. Environmental and infrastructural constraints are assessed, the plant is sized, and its energy production is estimated. Grid connection options are analyzed and the quote (STMG) is managed until acceptance.

The process includes environmental screening and permit management, activating the Single Authorization procedure. Specific investigations and technical-environmental analyses are conducted with graphical documentation. All project aspects are defined and applications to the relevant authorities are managed, including any supplementary requirements. Legal support is also provided during the authorization process.
Solarites offers producers a range of services related to the management, promotion, and regulation of renewable energy and energy efficiency.
Solarites offers services for the widespread self-consumption of renewable energy, both individual and collective. We handle site assessments, agreements with owners, reviewing self-consumption options, and drafting business plans. We provide support in the legal establishment of the energy community, obtaining authorization and construction of the system, and managing applications to the GSE. We also offer maintenance and monitoring services to ensure efficiency and energy sharing among members.

RELATIONS WITH THE TERRITORY
The activity involves searching for suitable land, including regulatory review and technical and economic assessments for utility connection. We handle acquisition or surface rights contracts and analyze land registry documents and property titles. We manage interactions with public administrations and other entities involved in the authorization process, including meetings with technical offices and liaison with the Grid Operator.
PROJECT FEASIBILITY CHECK
Environmental, infrastructural, and social constraints are analyzed, assessing accessibility, available services, and the site’s morphology. The plant’s dimensions are determined, wind and solar radiation are measured, production capacity is estimated, and an initial cost assessment is performed.
NETWORK CONNECTION
Possible connection solutions are studied, considering the type of connection and the distance from the connection point. A connection estimate (STMG) is requested and managed, until it is accepted.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROCEDURE
The process includes preliminary activities such as environmental screening, up to the preparation and management of the necessary permits (VIA, PUA), the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and the Environmental Impact Assessment (VINCA), to ensure the project’s compatibility with the natural and regulatory context.
AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE
The Single Authorization (AU), PAUR, or PAS procedures are activated, depending on the case, taking into account any requests from third parties or local authorities, such as letters of sponsorship or compensation. Management may also include expropriation procedures for land acquisition.
TECHNICAL INVESTIGATIONS
Specific investigations (archaeological, geological, environmental, etc.) are conducted, with the production of graphic documents such as photo-insertions and mitigation studies. Site accessibility, the presence of obstacles to air navigation, and interference with existing utilities are assessed, in addition to a hydrogeological study.
FINAL DESIGN
Definition of all urban planning, architectural, and engineering (civil, electrical, and plumbing) design aspects for the purpose of obtaining permits.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS
We handle the submission of applications to the relevant authorities, managing the entire process, including any requests for additions or comments from the authorities. Legal assistance is also provided to support the authorization process.
post-AUTHORIZATION process
Second level authorizations
Once the authorization process is complete, the necessary additional documents are obtained, including the permit for public roads and site access. The Fire Department’s opinion regarding safety is obtained, and the seismic permit is obtained, along with the related filing of the structures. Finally, when required, expropriations are managed or amicable agreements are formalized with the owners of the affected land.
STMD and connection contract
In the final stages of the project, the STMD is obtained and the electricity grid connection contract is signed. At the same time, technical and administrative assistance is provided to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Compliance with all permits outside of the Single Authorization, necessary for full project compliance, is also ensured.
EXECUTIVE DESIGN
Detailed design of technical and engineering elements, with particular attention to electrical, civil, hydraulic, and environmental systems, aimed at the concrete execution of the project.
Pre-construction monitoring
Specific birdlife surveys are conducted to identify the species present before work begins. Acoustic measurements are also taken to determine background noise levels, and the site’s vegetation and fauna are analyzed to assess the project’s overall environmental impact.
gse
services
Solarites offers producers a range of services related to the management, promotion, and regulation of renewable energy and energy efficiency. Here are the main ones:
Dedicated Collection (RID)
Purchase of electricity produced by plants powered by renewable sources or high-efficiency cogeneration.
Management of Guarantees of Origin (GO)
Certificates attesting to the renewable origin of the electricity produced.
Widespread self-consumption services
Management of grants and incentives for collective self-consumption configurations and energy communities, through GSE rules.
Qualifications and Certifications
Qualification for renewable energy plants (IAFR)
Control and Verification
Monitoring and verification activities of plants and subsidized energy production.

self-consumption services
PREVENTIVE EVALUATION
A suitable area for the RES plant is identified, agreements are made with the owners, space availability is verified, and a pre-feasibility study is conducted.
SELF-CONSUMPTION OPTIONS
Forms of self-consumption are evaluated, both individual “remote” and collective, including self-consumer groups and renewable energy communities.
Model creation
Legal support is provided for the setup, organization and management of the chosen model.
MODEL SELECTION
The most suitable configuration is selected between individual self-consumption, collective self-consumption, energy communities (CER, CEC) or active “remote” customers.
BUSINESS PLAN
The costs of the system, investments, financing options, and profitability related to incentives and energy sales are analyzed.
AUTHORIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION
The connection is requested, the permits are obtained and the system is built.
GSE REQUEST AND MANAGEMENT
It takes care of maintenance, technical and administrative monitoring, incentive management and energy sharing among members.
